18th Century Residence to Historic Waterfront Boutique Hotel


1103 Bay Street is now known as the Anchorage 1170 Inn and was built by Ralph Elliot. The exact date of construction is not known, but the National Register gave it a construction date of 1770. The house has five floors including a ground floor and an attic and is approximately 12,000 square feet. The property has been converted to a historic waterfront boutique hotel with 15 guest rooms, 1,500 square feet of porches, a separate stand-alone guest house,  and a 75-150 guest capacity for events.
